Daniel has led Clear Harbor Properties since its early years and takes a direct interest in every unit and every tenancy. He oversees acquisitions, major works and long-term tenant relationships.

Rebecca handles lettings, renewals and new enquiries from first viewing to signed agreement. She keeps terms plain and replies to prospective tenants quickly.

Asset Manager
Thomas looks after the day-to-day running of the units, from maintenance and inspections to service charge budgets. He is often the first person a tenant speaks to.
